Elder M. Russell Ballard has encouraged LDS people to use the internet to dispel myths and falsehoods about the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. hopefully my blog has shown people that LDS people or mormons, as we are more commonly known, are just like anyone else you meet; people who want happy families, who work hard, who enjoy the cameraderies of people of other faiths, and that LDS people have testimonies of our Savior Jesus Christ.
however, i admit i have made some mistakes when it comes to posting information about my family on the internet. recently i have found myself trying to scale back some of the information that i share about my little kidlets and our location in the world. it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to google someone's name to find more information about them.
so, if any of you out there in cyberworld would ever feel compelled to harm myself or my family in any way, let me share a tidbit of information with you about myself:
i'm a really good shot.
and i would not hesitate for even one hot second to drop you like you were hot.
and i don't mean dancing. you would never forget me.
don't believe me? click to enlarge.
pardon my REALLY ugly pants. this was about 5 years ago. those pants have since been burned. but the hat is truly awesome.

Muahahahah!!!!! [evil glint in the eye and evil twiddling of fingers]
That picture is "so good" that I thought you got it from the internet.
We would have been friends in 1993.
Nice shot too- I would have never guessed.
hahaha. did something happen? does *someone* need a warning?? i love the 1993 picture. i too had a cameo necklace around that era that i thought was wildly elegant and fashionable...
and way to go one-shot. you are my hero.
was this in Alabama?????
I really like your glasses. They are about half the size that Jesse's were when we dated. One time, I was sneaking up behind him to try to be scary and he saw me coming........by the reflection in the side of his lenses. Oh well, I knew what he was when I picked him up.
So much for my weekend plans...
Oh did you think I was threatening? No silly. I meant so much for surprising Heidi with a fun comment on an old post about how awesome she is...
Totally what I meant.
Remind me to never mess with you...
Nice!! I am impressed. Wade and I went to go shooting the other night, but it was a competition night. He gave it a while but, I unfortunalty have never held a gun so decided to wait for a little more laid make evening of FIRE!!! ;)
Fortunately you gave the guy a warning. Now when you hit him and he tries to sue you, you can tell him you put a no trespassing sign up on your blog.
Unless it's a woman..
I could see you laying the smack down on some creep that invaded your space. I would pay good money to see that. Love the old school picture. That one should be framed. My question is why did we all have glasses that were about 2 times the size of our faces? I guess, it will forever be one of life's greatest mysteries.
you are HILARIOUS! i'm glad you don't take your blog private... b/c once ppl go private they drop off my radar (blog reader that is).
please tell me you were serious when you said you are booking a flight and visiting me!!!! MISS YOU
Hi, Heidi...long time reader, first time commenter. I'm friends with Rachel Connett and found your blog through hers and have been reading you religiously ever since. I just wanted to come clean since I'm one of those stalkers (but not in a creepy way). You make me laugh my head off, so that's why I keep coming back. Just thought you should know. :)
you are hilarious! i don't have a private blog either, and it's really scary to think that someone may try to look you up and come find you and hurt your family. I don't think anyone will be bothering you though ;-) I cannot even believe that that top picture is a picture of you!
Okay - so I haven't been blog-surfin' in forever. SOO fun to see you guys and your adorable kids! Your blog is hilarious and I love it. And I must say - this is the Heidi I remember! =) I'm so laughing right now! Thanks for a flashback in time.
Oh I am the same way. Looks like I need some shooting lessons from your sharp-shootin' self.
